Reach

In addition, 10,000 additional copies of Index will be independently distributed throughout GTA stores, shops, clubs and restaurants using Xtra’s established and expanding circulation lines, for a total circulation of 50,000 copies. While a mass launch of Index will occur in the spring of 2010 (well in time for the Pride season), additional copies will be continually distributed in the city as the year goes on so that newcomers and visitors will all have a chance to get their copy of this valuable business directory.

2010 Booking & Artwork Deadlines

Mon, Apr 7: Last day to book an ad or listing

Wed, Apr 14: Last day to submit artwork and text for ads and listings

Thu, May 20: Index will be launched in the GTA, starting with the delivery of Index in every copy of Xtra. Distribution throughout the city will commence from that day forward.

Design rate $66/hour, minimum $42 per ad.

Digital Artwork Requirements

PLATFORM: Macintosh

FILE FORMAT: All artwork should be supplied in a press ready PDF or PDFX-1a format. Please ensure all fonts are embedded, colour images are in CMYK mode and the PDF is correct size of the ad. No printer/crop marks. Allow for bleed when necessary. TIFF, Hi-res JPEG and EPS files are also accepted.

Agreements, Payment & Policies

Advertising Agreements & Payments

Orders must be confirmed by a signed advertising agreement specifying all ad insertions, the release date, and total contracted costs for space or placement. Without pre-approved credit, payment is required for each insertion in Index, and is due immediately upon signing of the contract.

Credit terms are available on approval. Ask your representative for a credit application form. Terms of payment are 14 days net from the date of invoice for credit-approved customers.
