Index and Indexdirectory.ca are brought to you by Xtra, Toronto's gay and lesbian biweekly.

Xtra is Canada's largest and most widely read gay and lesbian newspaper. With more than 27 years of working in the community, Xtra has built a solid reputation as an expert in publishing to Toronto's gay men and lesbians.

Published annually, 80,000 copies of Index are circulated via two issues of Xtra (80,000 copies) and at select business locations in the greater Toronto area and near-by locales (10,000 copies).

Xtra is published by Pink Triangle Press, an organization born out of and committed to the struggle of lesbians and gay men for sexual liberation and human fulfilment.

The Press also publishes Xtra.ca, Xtra in Vancouver and Ottawa, fab in Toronto, the travel website The Guide and Squirt.org.
